Dealing with one of your children being bullied by other children in a NSW government school

A CustomGuides.net bottom line

If you didn't know the Carr/Iemma government and it's public servants very well, you would think they would have put up on their Department of Education and Training website, (or anywhere for that matter,) some very detailed practical information for parents if one of their children was being bullied in a NSW government school. And I would have thought such advice need not take up more than a single page. And I would have thought that, if you emailed either the NSW Premier, the NSW Minister for Education and Training, or the Director General of the NSW Department of Education and Training, you'd be directed to it within 2 days at the most.
Well, we sent the email we have described on 23 Oct 2007, and all we got was a long email from the Director General after 35 days, inviting us to read pages and pages and pages of stuff on their website, most of which seems completely irrelevant.

On 23 Oct 2007, we emailed a letter to Morris Iemma, the NSW Premier asking him, "What is your advice to mothers and fathers about dealing with a situation in which one of their children is being severely bullied by other children at a NSW government school?" So far our email hasn't even been acknowledged.

On 23 Oct 2007, we emailed a letter to John Della Bosca, the NSW Minister for Education and Training asking him the same question. So far all we've got is a "snail mail" acknowledgement.

On 23 Oct 2007, we emailed a letter to Michael Coutts-Trotter, the Director General of NSW Education asking him the same question. So far our email hasn't even been acknowledged.
On 27 Nov 2007, we did get a letter from Michael Coutts-Trotter.

On 2 Nov 2007, we emailed a letter to Louise Barnott-Clement, the Principal of Ambarvale High where a well publicised bullying incident had taken place, asking her the same question. So far our email hasn't even been acknowledged.

On 5 Nov 2007, we emailed a letter to the Principal of Doonside High where another well publicised bullying incident had taken place, asking him/her the same question. So far our email hasn't even been acknowledged.
